Here’s what’s included

Breathwork and mindset preparation

We begin with guided breathwork exercises for 15 minutes designed to center your mind, regulate stress, and prepare your body for the cold. This practice enhances focus and helps build mental resilience essential for both the ice bath and workplace challenges.

— Step 2

The ice bath challenge

It’s time to embrace the cold! Our expert instructors will guide your team through their first cold plunge, teaching techniques to manage discomfort, regulate breathing, and overcome mental barriers just like in high-pressure work situations with the goal to everyone completing a 2-minute ice bath.

— Step 3

Contrast therapy protocols

The journey continues as we cycle between the ice bath, rejuvenating heat therapy in the sauna, and a soothing magnesium salt bath. This contrast boosts circulation, speeds up recovery, and leaves you feeling recharged.

— Step 4

Nourish andrecharge

After the experience, your team will refuel with the best coffee, nutritious healthy food, refreshing smoothies, and acai bowls. This is the perfect moment to debrief, connect, and leave feeling energized and ready to take on the day.
