Brave the ice. Our cold baths are large communal plunge pools kept at 3-10 degrees. A character building experience that reduces inflammation, resets the nervous system and wakes up the soul. Purified with a 24/7 cleaning system.

Social Sauna

Our social sauna is made from aromatic crafted woods with large open-facing rock beds that holds the temperature at a beautiful 90 degrees. The perfect setting for releasing stress, cleansing your body and letting conversations flow.

Hot Bath

Our hot magnesium salt bath helps to ease muscle aches, releases tension from the body and rejuvenates your skin, leaving you with a healthy glow. Pair with an ice bath for the ultimate hot & cold therapy experience.
