Open the club, pull the coffee, and set the tone for someone's 6am.
What you’ll do
- Open the club and run the bar through the morning peak
- Make consistently good coffee, quickly, under pressure
- Know the regulars by name and their order by heart
- Keep the counter and the floor to club standard
What you’ll bring
- Espresso experience in a busy cafe
- Early starts do not bother you
- You like people before they have had their coffee
